NDT ECO CIP Station covers the following:

Each CIP Station has tanks for Acid, Lye, Reuse water and fresh Water

The tanks for Lye and Acid are insulated with High level, Low level, volume and conductivity control sensors control and agitator for optimal mixing of washing detergents. Made in stainless steel AISI 316.

The tanks for reuse water are insulated with High level, Low level, volume.
Made in stainless steel AISI 304 or better.

The tank fresh water is non insulated tank with level control and fresh water supply water valve to operate when level is nder a specific point. Made in Stainless Steel AISI 304 or better.

The detergent tanks are made in double jacket for leakage control.
Built in sensor for warning of leaking from the inner jacket and into the space between the inner jacket and outside jacket.
Made in Stainless steel AISI316.

Tubes, fittings, pumps and valves made in AISI 316 or better.
All valves are of brand Alfa Laval with ThinkTop AS-i control unit.
Centrifugal pumps of brand Alfa Laval LKH. Silent and energy efficient pumps with high effeceiency. Frequenz control of the pumps.
The maintenence free Tube Heat Exchangers of brand WILA made in stainless steel AISI 316 and made for 20 Bar. Special designed for NDT.
Flow meters and Conductivity sensors of brand Endress & Hauser.
Water, steam and chemical valves of brand Bürkert. Made in stainless steel AISI 316.
Dosing pumps for chemicals of brand DEBEM, Cubic 15, made in high chemical resistence material ECTFE (Ethylene ChloroTriFluoroEthylene). Powered by compressed air.



The NDT eco CIP Station is special designed for optimal cleaning of hygienic equipment with full consumption control.
Each CIP report includes the total consumption of steam, electricity, water and detergents in order to optimize any CIP recipe and to keep a detailed control of the consumptions.
It is a unique solution that saves approx. 20% energy, detergents and water compared with traditional CIP Stations.
Each object to be cleaned has its own recipe where all parameters can be preset or changed on the run. 
Short installation time. Each CIP Line Unit is prefabricated and tested before shipment. 



Neutralization System

NDT System of neutralization of the returned washing liquid 
The tank of neutralization and its advanced design carries out 3 main tasks:
a) Drain neutralized to as close as possible to рН 7,0
b) Sludge coolection
c) Fat collection
The tank is equipped with system of the alevel alarm on sludge and fat. 
Alkaline or acid solutions are dosed in the tank only in case of need for providing neutral рН. Volume  is required for achievement of normal neutralization without excessive addition of any chemical reagents. The output valve is controlled by level in the tank, in order to keep a constant level and liquid maximum for effective normalization. Includes mixer is for optimal neutralization and mixing of added lye / acid solution.

1 operating panel for each Independent line.
Contains additional Inputs/outputs in the control system and Ethernet based communication for communication to other equipment and units.
Remote display and control station with 4 x 21,5” display. One for each line and one for a common overview.
This 4 display unit can be placed within 100 cable meters from teh CIP Station.
