Tanks

– Powder weighing and dosing tank

The tank is equipped with load cells for weighing of powder to be dosed for each batch.

Powder of different types is manually dosed into the conical tank. The exact kg of each powder is measured and shown in the operating panel. The operating shows how many kg to dose of each ingredients and in which order.

The tank has a lid and  a automatic butterfly valve at the outlet. From the outlet is a pipe directly to the vacuum mixer.

The tank comes with a platform for emptying sacks directly into the tank.

The tank is a 45° conical tank made of Stainless steel AISI 304.

The tank can be CIP cleaned by the CIP Station. CIP Spray ball in the lid.

 

 

– Water dosing tank

 

The tank is for filling of water to be dosed to the vacuum mixer.

 

Equipped with automatic inlet and outlet valves with high and low sensors and a pressure transmitter for indication of volume.

 

Automatic filling of tap water.

 

The tank is made in Stainless Steel AISI 304 and placed on 3 adjustable feet.10° conical bottom and 5° conical top with manhole.

 

 

– Powder and Liquid weighing and dosing tank

 

The tank is equipped with load cells for weighing of powder  or liquids to be dosed for each batch.

Vacuum Mixer

– Vacuum Mixer

Vacuum tank for mixing of liquid and powder.

The vacuum Mixer is transporting the powder and liquids from the weighing, dosing and water tanks by vacuum.

Powder is transported to the vacuum tank under the level of liquid in order to avoid dust in the mixer tank.

The vacuum mixer is mixing the powder and liquid together under vacuum which means that there is no air in the product before pasteurizing and homogenizing.

In addition the Vacuum Mixer has a small homogenizing effect which dissolves sugar and powder particles more than normal systems which again increases the efficiency in the pasteurizing and homogenising process.

These details in all together with the a high quality stabilizer/emulgator will decrease the hardening to only 2-5 hours instead of 12 hours.

The Vacuum Mixer is placed on 4 legs with adjustable feet and placed on 4 load cells for accurate dosing control.

Included is a vacuum pump for vacuum to 400mBar. Vacuum pump and the vacuum tank is cleaned by C.I.P.

Ice Cream Mix Buffer tank

Uninsulated tank with agitator.

When 1 batch is mixed in the Vacuum Mixer, it is pumped to the buffer tank. From the buffer tank it is pumped to the Ice Cream Pasteurising Unit.

The tank is made of stainless steel AISI304 with 3 legs on adjustable feet. Equipped with load cells for measuring of volume. Manhole on the side. High and low level sensors and temperature transmitter.

The tank is cleaned by C.I.P.
