NDT Process Water Units

 

 

The Hot Process Water Unit is dedicated to pasteurize Net Water  in to a Hot Process Water Tank.
Pasteurisation temp.: 85°-95°C.
From the Hot Water Process Tank the process water is supplied to the Cheese Vat.
Tank is build in Stainless Steel AISI 304, insulated and with a manhole on top.
Automatic temperature Control. Process Water temp.: from 30° to max. 60°C.
Steam Heated with a Plate Heat Exchanger.
C.I.P. Cleanable system from C.I.P. Station.
