Unit1

NDT mixer type MV 

Each mixer is made of stainless steel. Parts in contact with the product are made of AISI
316, the rest of AISI 304. It is outside with smooth grind welds in sharp bands combined
with a mat surface. Inside with smooth grind welds and fine brushed surface.
The mixer has the conical top, cylindrical tank wall and conical bottom.
The tank is constructed for 90% vacuum and maximum temperature in the tank is 100 C°.

The mixer is equipped as following:

TANK:

• Ø101.6 mm outlet with butterfly valve.
• One PT 100 sensor.
• Man way door with grill.
• Safety switch on manway door.
• Six legs.
• Three CIP spray balls.
• Connection for vacuum.
• One Ø 51 mm liquid inlet on top of the tank.
• Two Ø 51 mm bottom inlet for main powders with butterfly valve.
• Two 300 kg Powder Hoppers with 3 legs and flexible
connection to the tank.
• Two baffle plates.

HIGH-SPEED PROCESSING TOOLS:

Bottom mounted high-speed Mixing device consisting of:

• The motor base for carrying all on one system with adjustable legs.
• 55 kW motor 3x400 V, 50 Hz.
• V-belt drive with the safety screen.
• Mechanical shaft seal.
• Mixing head.

WATER FLUSH FOR SHAFT SEAL ON PROCESSING TOOLS:

• Equalising valve with the pressure gauge.
• Solenoid valve for the automatic flush.
• Manual throttle valve for flow adjustment.

 

 

 

Unit2

Vacuum Equipment

Consisting of:

• Stainless steel base with adjustable machine shoes.
• Stainless steel shield.

Product side:

• Vacuum pump.
• Hose connection.
• Vacuum pipe build-up.
• Butterfly valve for the vacuum pump.
• Combined pressure and vacuum gauge.
• Excess pressure valve.
• Non-return valve.
• Butterfly valve for air ventilation.

Water supply side:

• Stainless steel water tank.
• Recirculation pump.
• Equalising valve with the pressure gauge.
• Solenoid valve for automatic water supply.
• Overflow
• Cooling coil.
• Filter.
• Drain valve.
• Set of stainless steel pipes.

Unit3

 Sterile type Connection between Mixing Tanks and UHT Unit.

Consisting of:

• Stainless steel centrifugal pumps.
• Stainless steel valves.
• Stainless steel fittings.
• Building up of components at NDT.
• Plate heat exchanger for preheating from 5-75º
• Balance tank.

Unit4

PLC Control and Electric Control Panel.

Consisting of:

• Build on the stainless steel base for floor mounting AISI 304.
• The panel is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
• Manual start/stop of motors including thermal relays.
• Temperature display for actual temp.
• Emergency stop on the panel.
• Soft starter.
• Safety relay.
• Automatic PLC- control

Unit5

UHT sterilisation Unit flavoured milk.

Consisting of:

• Product feeding pump.
• UHT section with indirect heating.
• Valves for temperature control.
• Holding tube.
• Back pressure valve.
• Flash chamber.
• Vacuum system.
• Condenser.
• Set of regulation equipment.
• Product outlet pump.
• Plate heat exchanger for cooling down to 25º.
• Electrical control panel.
• Set of stainless steel pipes, valves and fittings.

The Unit is pre-assembled in our workshop and tested with water. On the site, only the service connection has to be connected.

Unit6

NDT Aseptic tank

Each tank is made of stainless steel. Parts in contact with the product are made of AISI
316, the rest of AISI 304. It is outside with smooth grind welds in sharp bands combined
with a mat surface. Inside with RA < 0.8ųm surface.

The tank is constructed for max pressure 4.0 Bar and min Pressure –1 bar. Temperature
max 143°C.

The Tank is equipped as following:

• Aseptic pressure transmitter.
• Unit for re-circulation of sterile water incl.:
- centrifugal pump.
- sterilisation unit for water.
- balance tank
• Bottom frame.
• Jacket for cooling, max 4 bars.
• 50 mm isolation.
• Inlet.
• Outlet.
• Three legs.
• CIP spray balls.
• Aseptic agitator. 1,1 kW, 3x400 v, 50 Hz
• Set of stainless steel valves, pipes and fittings.
• Stainless steel control panel.
