All stainless steel in contact with product is made of AISI 316 and/or AISI304L.

All hygienic equipment from N.D.T. ApS is manufactured in conformity of European standards defining health and safety requirements, given in the EEC Directive on Machinery 2006/42/CE and subsequent amendments

Details is shown in the attached documentation of the equipment.

Equipment are produced by workshops special Certified for Hygenic equipment production of the Danish and European authorities according to the newest European legislation.

Unit1

. Powder Mixer

Application
This series of blenders is intended for uniform mixing of powder-like or solid products with liquids. It ensures ideal solution in the food-processing industry for dry milk recovery, production of syrups, pickles, etc. The blenders also are applied for mixing of solid/liquid substances in processes of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries. It is very important to maintain low pressure at the inlet/outlet of the blender and also to avoid cavitation. Thus, installation of the feeding pump is recommended only in particular cases (significant pressure losses at the inlet, high viscosity of a product, etc.), taking into consideration, that capability of suction of solids/powders decreases. At high pressure of feeding the centrifugal pump should be positioned at the forcing inlet of the blender.
For effective work of the blender with viscous substances (over 500 сР) in the capacity of feeding and forcing pumps it is recommended to install pumps of volumetric type.

Work principle
The blender basis is made of a vertically mounted case and the centrifugal pump impeller. For suction a fitting pipe with double walls is used that allows delivering liquid and dry substances separately, thus, preventing make-up of lumps before their feeding into the case. Products at high speed are inducted into a mixing chamber, creating thus vacuum in the middle of the impeller that in turn results in product suction. Dry product feeding is controlled by the valve positioned at the bottom part of a reception bin.

The mixer consists of a platform for powder sacks to be opened, a conical tray to the injector where powder is sucked into the milk in circulation with the product tank and pumps for injection and circulation.
The system is made in AISI 304/316 and makes a homogeneous mixture of milk and milk/whey powder into the mixed solution.
Includes a heater for temp. adjustments.

Unit2

Pasteurized Milk Tanks, 95°C 30 min. storage Tanks for Yoghurt Milk

 Insulated design:
100 mm insulation
The tank is made of stainless steel, AISI304. It has 20° cone type top and bottom and is equipped with centrally located outlet. Shell and bottom are insulated with mineral wool and covered by an outer shell of full welded stainless steel, EN 1.4301.
The tank is supported by tubular stainless steel legs with adjustable ball type feet.
Internal Finish:
Top, shell and bottom: 2B with polished welds, 2-4 mm.

External Finish:
Top and shell: 2B with polished welds, max. 2,0 mm.
Bottom: Oil polished, only tanks with insulation.
Tank fittings: Brushed welds.

Cooler Trolley

Tube Heat Exchanger for cooling 98°C milk to the fermentation temp. in the Fermentation tanks.
And for cooling yoghurt quick from fermentation tank to another in order to stop the fermentation under full control.
Built on a trolley with pump and hoses for flexible connection to different tanks.
Quick wash and disinfection tanks built on the trolley.
Made in Stanless Steel AISI 316.

Unit4

Yoghurt Fermentation Tank

Application
Cooling and agitating of high viscous milk products.
The milk enters at the fermentation temp.
Culture is added and mixed in the tank.
When fermentation period is passed the agitation and cooling in the tank is started.
When the product is ready to be cooled further down for packing, is is pumped through a Tube Heat Exchanger either for cooling and further to the buffer tanks before packing machine or through a Tube Heat exchanger for heating to 65°C for a long shelf life yoghurt.

SPECIFICATION
• Product: milk mix.
• Capacity: 5000 l.
• Cooling temperature of sour milk: 4-6°С.
• Availability of the stirrer capable to agitate milk in vertical and horizontal planes; tubular type with paddles.
• Stirrer speed: n=36 rpm
• Slow-speed stirrer with a worm gear for product agitating (all volume).
• Completely manufactured (internal tank and case) of stainless steel AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301).
• Corrosion-proof tank with smooth inner surfaces, rounded corners and polished weld seams.
• In the upper part of the tank there is a fitting pipe to supply washing solutions. The washing head is fixed inside.
• In the upper part of the tank part there is a manhole with the system for installation of a non-contact switch (Ø19 mm).

Yoghurt Heater, Thermizer

SPECIFICATION
• Product: yoghurt.
• Temperatures:
o <40оС (product inlet).
o 85оС (preheating temperature), holding time 30 seconds
o 55оС (product outlet).
o Coolant: ice water, 1-3оС.
o Preheating by hot water.
• 2 pcs. Corrugated tubular heat exchanger, sanitary (for the preheating section and cooling).
• Length: 5950 mm.
• Pipe material on the product side: AISI 316 L.
• Pipe material on the heat-transfer side: AISI 316.

In-Line Yoghurt Fruit Mixer

A complete set of a Yoghurt In-Line mixer and yoghurt dosing system.

Consists of a 2 station weighing platform for barrels or tanks with fruits to be dosed.
Fruit dosing by volume.

Exact dosing system controlled by teh overall control system.

Made in Stainless Steel AISI 316.

Buffer Storage Yoghurt Tank before packing

APPLICATION
Cooling of various products of milk and its components is used in production of pasteurized milk, cottage cheese, quark, kefir, sour cream, ice-cream, hard cheese, concentrated milk, light and combined butter, milk powder, processed cheese, casein, kvass (on the basis of whey), shampoos (on the basis of whey).
Cooling rate of milk produces large impact on a bacterial content in raw (unpasteurized) milk. After milking it is necessary to cool milk as soon as possible to temperature below 4°С. At higher temperature the quantity of bacteria increases rapidly. Cooling is the most important factor of milk quality maintenance.
